SPEE24 LLC Mobile and Web Application

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and SPEE24 LLC (“SPEE24,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the SPEE24 LLC mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

1. Eligibility and Legal Capacity

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Maintain and promptly update account information

  • Safeguard your login credentials

SPEE24 LLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your credentials.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and verification.

  • Prices, product descriptions, promotions, and availability may be modified at any time without prior notice.

  • SPEE24 LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or security concerns.

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment processors; SPEE24 LLC does not store full payment card details.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping, return, and refund conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms. SPEE24 LLC reserves the right to approve or deny returns at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

All content, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, images, designs, software, and source code, is the exclusive property of SPEE24 LLC or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Engage in unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activities

  • Attempt to bypass security features or access restricted areas

  • Upload malicious software or disrupt system integrity

  • Abuse promotions, referral programs, or pricing mechanisms

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.
