PO Box Deliveries

Customers providing a PO Box address acknowledge and accept all risks associated with PO Box deliveries.

Where carrier records indicate successful delivery to the provided PO Box address, Spee24's delivery obligations are fully satisfied.

Spee24 shall not be liable for:

  • Delivery to an incorrect PO Box due to customer-provided information

  • Lost mail within postal facilities

  • Unauthorized access to PO Boxes

  • Postal handling errors

  • Delays occurring after carrier acceptance

If a package is returned because a PO Box is invalid, inaccessible, closed, inactive, full, or otherwise unable to receive mail, the customer shall be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information.

Spee24 shall not be responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Invalid addresses

  • Address changes requested after processing

  • Failed deliveries caused by customer errors

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer, any reshipping costs shall be the customer's responsibility.
