Our 100% vegan Trementina Pinon Sap Drawing Salve is based on a traditional New Mexico healing and drawing salve used by Native Americans and Native New Mexicans for generations. Made with wild-harvested New Mexico Pinon Sap/Resin, this carefully crafted salve will help draw out splinters, slivers, stingers, and other foreign objects. It is also very effective at treating boils, bug bites, ingrown nails, ingrown hairs, warts, skin tags, and more! Just apply salve directly to the affected area, and leave it on for up to 12 hours.

INGREDIENTS: Organic Olive Oil (infused with Plantain, Comfrey, and Calendula), Pinon Sap, Candelilla Wax, Bentonite Clay, Charcoal Powder, Vitamin E Oil, Wintergreen, Basil, Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, and Lavender Essential Oils

*Comes in 1 oz  tins

How to Use Drawing Salve for Cysts & Boils
Before Application:
  • Wash the area with mild soap and warm water to remove dirt and bacteria.
  • Apply a warm compress for 5-10 minutes to soften the skin and open pores, helping the salve penetrate deeper.
Applying the Salve:
  • Use a clean Q-tip or your clean fingers to apply a pea-sized amount directly to the cyst.
  • Cover the area with a bandage or gauze to keep the salve in place and prevent a mess.
  • Leave it on for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight, for maximum effectiveness.
(Covering it with a bandage traps heat, improves absorption, and prevents the salve from rubbing off too soon. It’s one of the easiest ways to get better, faster results.)
After Removal:
  • Gently cleanse the area to remove any excess salve.
  • If the cyst drains, avoid squeezing—let it release naturally to prevent irritation or infection.
  • Apply an antibacterial ointment to protect the skin and promote healing.
Consider that not every cyst needs to pop. Many people assume drainage is the only sign of success, but some cysts will shrink on their own. If swelling decreases and the pain subsides, that’s still a win.
Repeat as often as needed, cleansing thoroughly between each application.
