I absolutely love these gloves! They are exfoliating, but not too scratchy. I have a pair hanging in my shower all year long. I do switch them out for new ones about every 2-3 months. I use them about twice a week for an all-over body exfoliation - especially in the winter. I also use them on my legs every time before I shave my legs. Exfoliating before you shave gives you a much closer, smoother shave. They should not be used on your face.
