J's Small Batch - Raisin the Bar Hot Sauce

Raisin The Bar is the first of J's Line of top shelf spirited sauces.  We wanted to start off with something a little sweet, touched with just the right amount of spice to accompany an XO cognac and golden raisins.  Then we grilled a bunch of Habaneros and Vidalia onions to accent the roasted garlic. We finished the sauce with Ghost pepper and baking spices to really bring out the characteristics of the cognac. Enjoy
