J's Small Batch - The OG Hot Sauce

The spicy, smokey, tangy "Original Gangster" is where it all started. Amazing smoke and texture from the Chile de Arbol really lend the O.G. to anything in a red sauce.  Try it on Pizza and you will never have it without it again.  After gathering 5 gallons of different types of peppers from the '09 end of season harvest, the "OG" was created. Great on, .. well... anything you would like to taste a little more gangster!
