As a dry hair pre-shampoo scalp conditioner: Apply ~15 drops and massage into scalp. Leave on until you wash your hair. Start with no more than 5 minutes as some people can be sensitive to rosemary. 

On wet hair: Apply 3 drops to scalp after shampooing, massage into scalp.
